I was messing around with our new fancy lens with instructions from Paul. Historically this does not always go so well (moon school). But, this time, no problem. Just again reiterating that the best time to learn something is when you need it! Otherwise, for me at least, if you tell me before I need it, it's just all blah-blah-blah-wait, what?
I was tasked with taking portraits of the Color Guard and I knew the look I was trying to achieve which it turns out is all about the aperature, folks. In our lesson, I took this great shot of Paul:
