When we came home from the closing on our house back in 1996, we found a basket of house plants on the hearth from the former homeowner that said "Welcome to Shaggyhill, may the next 50 years be as wonderful as the first". It was such a lovely surprise and the first time we'd heard the property called Shaggyhill. Over the years, Paul, with the help of various farm animals, has cleared a considerable amount of the shag on the hill. On the way up from the sheep the other day, I looked up and thought, hmm...
