The girls, their friend, and I made this "cut up" cake today.
It's the same bunny cake my mom made with us kids when we were little.
A tradition, it is as much about the cake as it is about making the cake.
This year I modified a Bob's Red Mill Vanilla baking mix by adding a
package of pudding and a cup of sour cream.
Gluten free cakes can be so very
dry and this moistened it right up.
This shot is right before we added the green coconut grass
all around the tray.
